The Summary of the Ban
All Hemp Derived THC is banned in Virginia Starting July 1, 2023.
The bill presented by governor Glenn Youngkin was agreed upon by both chambers Virginia General Assembly and will take effect on July 1, 2023.
Things are still a bit unclear about what products exactly are included and if CBD will be effected or not. but as of now, all Hemp derived THC will have to cease to exist on store's shelves.

brands like 3chi, medusa, delta man, tree top, kush kolecitv to name a few, with products like cartridges, disposables, flower, concentrate etc. that contain hemp derived THC. All those are going to be banned starting july1.
